Fees

The fee (in lei) is payable by bank transfer from any bank to the account of Ovidius University of Constanta - IBAN code RO74TREZ23120F330500XXXX, opened at the Constanta Treasury, UOC Fiscal Code: 4301332.

The receipt/payment order must state: the name of the doctoral candidate, as well as the words "Registration/study fee-PhD school, PhD field....".

Proof of payment is to be sent to the ISD secretariat (58 Ion Voda Street).
